Job Title: Brand Coordinator
Job Status: Full-time
Job Location: Denver, Colorado
Start Date: Immediate
Responsibilities:
• Create high-performing communications supporting customer needs, products and solutions
• Responsible for managing Faction brand voice and communication standards
• Facilitate coordination of all marketing efforts and deliverables across teams
• Grow and nurture the contact database
• Administer the marketing calendar, editorial activities and associated budgets
• Manage and coordinate editorial and PR calendars
• Ensure consistency of brand voice and visuals across all campaigns and activities
• Manage the creation of new sales and marketing collateral and assets
• Own program setup
• Conduct research with stakeholders to validate and refine strategy
• Apply audience insights and optimize marketing strategies
• Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact (ROI) of marketing communications
• Report & manage communication status
• Execute and manage communications across email, social, events, pr and print
• Plan, write, edit and launch marketing campaigns
• Author and edit content for marketing campaigns
• Improve communications and marketing effectiveness
• Partner with outside vendors and agencies
• Organize and maintain digital assets
• Act as liaison between partner agencies, execution team and management
• Plan and execute corporate marketing events; trade shows, forums, dinners, conferences, etc.
• Foster and maintain cross-functional partnerships
Requirements:
• Strong time management and organizational skills

• Record of managing pr communications, email campaigns, social outreach and events
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe suites
• Familiarity with corporate web Content Management System
• Familiarity with channel tools such as Pardot, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
• Aptitude for marketing planning and project management
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with sales, engineering and marketing teams
• Talent for drafting and editing ad copy, gated assets and other associated content
• Demonstrated skills in goal-setting, measurement, and presenting results
• Assess and investigate new PR opportunities
• Fundamental understanding of statistics, data analysis, benchmarking and reports
• Aptitude for developing budgets and forecasts for marketing and advertising expenditures
• Marketing or Communications degree or equivalent experience is preferred
• Demonstrated Knowledge of the Faction IaaS Cloud Offering
• Demonstrated Knowledge of the Cloud Provider Competitive Landscape
• 3+ years of experience in communications outreach
• 2+ years of event management
• Minimum of 2 years in a B2B technology organization
• Proven track record of implementing and managing results oriented brand communications
• Ability to think strategically and execute individually as well as manage a cross-functional team
